Sound from computer?

I have my Acer Laptop connected to the 337-B11 through the VGA port. I can't seem to get the sound to work. I tried the RCA jacks and the Audio In port, but still no sound through the TV. Any help would be great....

User Manual

I can't seem to download the user manual - everytime I do, it tells me the file is corrupted. I got the same result from the link on this site, and the link on the product's homepage. I don't have the manual and am trying to setup my cable box. Please help if you can, thanks...
