My device does not start up correctly. when the hold button is slid to hold and slid back to unhold a black zune load up screen appears, and without finishing just shuts off. When connected to a pc the black zune load up screen appears start to load up, and before it finishes the loading process, a bright light appears and the zune shuts off. Zune start up.
