maytag neptune washer

the door will lock to wash and then it will unlock! it will not stay locked to wash! what should i do...

"Estimated time" display is too long for all cycles

After a couple of years of working OK, suddenly all the time displays on the washer are way, way too long. And the washer actually runs for the times displayed. It takes over an hour to do a quick wash that used to be 20 minutes or so....
