my thermostat went from 70 to 64 overnight, it says aux heat on the panel, how to i get it back to heat?...

How do i get HEAT to show up as an option, first A/C was installed, then heat wires plugged into R and W the following day but HEAT does not show up as an option and don't know how to program it to show up, thought it would just pop up once the voltage was there......

The above Vision Pro TH8000 manual is not the same as the unit I have.It does look the same but less features eg,main screen does not have the more button,setup codes only go to 300? thanks Rick...

I have a new thermostat and I need to calculate into the thermostat when the outdoor heat pump will turn on (I want it set to 30 degrees). I had it calibrated, but it seems to be running on auxillary emergency heat most of the time. Please give me instructions. My elec. bill this month was twice as much! Help! Thank you...
