Computer with Vista Home Premium. Printer worked fine prior to MS updates which also shut down a number of other applications. Technician said printer checked out ok but she was unable to determinel what printer software had been comprimised by the MS updates. Has anyone else reported this type of problem?...

my printer says there is no connection and when there was a connection the paper would not feed. it always says paper jam when there is NO paper jammed in it...
