alcatel ot c701

when i switch on my phone it shows" enter product password" i dont have this and cannot proceed any further. the phone was given to me by a friend who cannot remember anything about a product password. could anybody help with this please....

How do I use USB connection?

I plugged the phone using the USB cable, but Windows doesn't recognize it. I even installed the Driver on the disk, and it sees an Extractable Drive, but it cannot be read. How is it used?...

i was told that one of the key feature in this phone is that it has an FM radio, yet i have not been able to find it, can you tell me where it can be found????...
